To secure your vehicle we take a $1,000 deposit so your vehicle can be ready for your arrival. Your deposit is fully refundable if you are not satisfied with your vehicle. If you are in New Zealand already and you have visited out premises and paid a deposit, that deposit is not refundable. If you are not happy with the selected vehicle we have chosen for you, you will get a full refund on your deposit.

Your vehicle will go through a strict mechanical check before your pick-up date, and we will give you all supporting documentation upon your arrival. We will make sure your vehicle is legal and safe to drive. WOF and REGO ready.

We do offer vehicle insurance, third party or comprehensive. This can be arranged upon pick up of your camper . All our vehicles include 24/7 roadside assistance for 12 months.

Upon pick up date we will include a 6-months mechanical breakdown guarantee for any failures incurred during that period (the 6-months warranty applies for vehicles purchased after the 15th of February 2025), any vehicle purchased prior to that date, there is a 4-weeks mechanical breakdown warranty included. We also offer an extended breakdown warranty covering your vehicle up to 20,000 km.

TREK Campers will undertake a series of inspections and then give you an honest valuation for your vehicle. We believe our offer will often be better than the current market value of the vehicle.
